2. SERVICES PROVIDED

 

The Company provides grab hire, tipper hire, muck away services, and the supply of aggregates. All services are subject to availability and location. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

 

3. BOOKINGS AND QUOTATIONS

  • All quotes provided via the website or phone are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.

  • Final pricing may vary if the nature of the waste, the volume, or the access conditions differ from those described at the time of booking.

  • A booking is only confirmed once we have dispatched a confirmation (electronically or verbally).

 

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES & SITE ACCESS

  • Access: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the site is accessible for large heavy-duty vehicles. We require a minimum width and overhead clearance [insert specific measurements if known, e.g., 3 meters wide].

  • Permits: If a vehicle needs to be positioned on a public highway or requires a permit, it is the customer's responsibility to obtain such permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Underground Services: The customer must inform the driver of any underground pipes, cables, or manhole covers. The Company accepts no liability for damage to surfaces or underground services not built to withstand the weight of a heavy goods vehicle (HGV).

5. WASTE TYPES & COMPLIANCE

​

  • We only accept non-hazardous waste (e.g., soil, brick, concrete, green waste) unless otherwise specified.

  • Prohibited Items: Strictly no asbestos, tyres, batteries, oils, or hazardous chemicals. If such items are found in a load, we reserve the right to refuse the load or charge an additional disposal and decontamination fee.

  • The customer warrants that they have the right to dispose of the waste and that the description of the waste is accurate.

 

6. CANCELLATIONS

​

  • Cancellations must be made at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled arrival.

  • Cancellations made within [24] hours may be subject to a "dry run" or "wasted journey" fee to cover fuel and labor costs.

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

  • The Company will exercise reasonable care and skill; however, we are not liable for damage to driveways, pavements, or curbs caused by the weight of the vehicle when acting under the customer's direction.

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or mechanical breakdown).

 

8. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment is due [upon completion of the job / within 30 days for account holders].

  • We accept [Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, BACS].

  • Late payments may incur interest charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

 

9. USE OF THE WEBSITE
